Geert Preckler

Geert Preckler (° 26-01-1977) obtained his law degree at the University of Antwerp in 2001 and completed this with a degree in Criminology in 2002 (KU Leuven) and a specialised study in customs, excises and VAT law (Portilog Antwerp).

Geert Preckler practices international commercial law, with a special emphasis on transport law (maritime, inland shipping, carriage by air and road, intermediaries, storage and handling), but also provides legal services in construction law, lease and commercial lease.

Geert Preckler is currently a member of the board of the Belgian Maritime Law Association.
